Yung Bans still has beef with Russ despite a recent tweet indicating the two settled their issues.
In a new chapter of the saga, Bans claims his manager hacked his account and posted a false message about speaking with Russ to end their conflict.
“Y’all not gon believe what happened yesterday my manager hacked me changed my passwords and tweeted out saying its not fuck russ anymore cause he felt I should squash the beef smh,” he wrote on Instagram. “My true 1of1 fans know i aint scared of no nigga so if it’s smoke @russ better come with it frfr kid.. FUCK RUSS 4L I would never betray my fans we stand on 10 & my niggas gon die bout dis 1OF1 shit ongod!”

This explanation comes after a September 13 tweet on Bans’ Twitter account claimed he spoke with Russ on the phone to hash out their problems. The tweet stemmed from Russ’ appearance on The Breakfast Club in which he threatened to release a video of his crew beating up Smokepurpp or Bans and quickly delivered on the footage of Purpp catching a beatdown.

Russ appeared to confirm the conversation with Bans by retweeting the post with prayer hand emojis.
“Just got off the phone with @russdiemon and it’s all love,” the tweet, which is still up on Bans’ page, reads. “Sometimes you gotta put yourself in the other persons shoes as a real nigga, it’s quiet for the fuck Russ shit he hit me as a real person and lmk his view on the shit and I respect it so it’s dead.”

Since putting the blame on his manager, Bans has continued to fire shots at Russ on social media.
